Ship to Shore was started in 1999 by professional crew to respond to the ever increasing need for crew placement, services and support in the busy harbor of Newport, Rhode Island. We place crew on luxury power and sailing yachts both in Newport and worldwide, and we have the experience in the New England area to follow the careers of the crew and the progress of the luxury yachts that operate here.

We always interview our crew and are also happy to consult with owners and captains to ensure that their boats have the best candidates.
